FAQ
When is a referral considered successful?
A referral is considered successful once the Creator confirms the referral and the digital proof has been accepted.
Who receives the referral commission?
The person (Fulfiller) who demonstrably contributed to the referral and was selected by the Creator.
How does a probation period affect the commission payout?
If a probation period was agreed upon as part of the employment relationship, the Creator is entitled to defer payment of the referral commission until after successful completion of this probation period. The commission is only paid out if the probation period is passed.
How do I receive my commission as a Fulfiller?
Payment is made via bank transfer to the bank details on file after successful referral.
Who guarantees that the referral commission will be paid?
By creating a listing, the Creator accepts the binding conditions and commits to paying the set commission once a valid digital proof confirms the successful referral and this is acknowledged by the Creator.
How is it ensured that the Creator always reports a referral?
The Fulfiller is entitled to contact ConnectIve by email if a referral commission they are entitled to has not been paid after the expiry of an agreed probation period. ConnectIve reviews the matter based on the available digital evidence.
What happens in case of disputes or ambiguities?
